Payment and refund policy for Ambala Garden Lodge

Payment policy:

• A 25% non-refundable deposit must be made at time of room booking.
• Long term stay, one month or longer, the room rate is negotiable.

For payment we accept cash, certified bank cheques, visa, master card, american express, JCB and Westpac handicard (eftpos).  No personal cheques will be accepted.

Cancellation and Refund policy

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price
• Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.
• Deposit non-refundable.

• Check-out time is 11:00 am with check-in is 2:00 pm.
• Early check in - 1/2 day rate
• Late check out - 1/2 day rate
